- 50 minutes non stop dance workout to Latin dance music. A fast-paced
aerobic workout to Latin music incorporating dance steps including Salsa,
Cha-cha, Merenge, Bachata, etc.
- No dance experience necessary - just be willing to sweat!

- The work-out is a full body work-out incorporating aerobic movement and all
the right dance steps to Latin music.
